The NUT is the largest union for teachers. It has 387,610 members who are qualified or working towards qualifying, in England and Wales.

The NUT is also the largest teaching union in Europe.

The Liverpool Division (with a membership of over 2600 plus 1200+ student member) has Officers / caseworkers who are experienced practitioners in all phases from Early Years to KS5.  They are there to support you.

We are the largest teachers union in England and Wales. The NUT is the Union that takes the lead on the issues that matter to teachers - on pensions, workload and against the cuts. We are also the Union that recruits only qualified or qualifying teachers.

Liverpool NUT is a campaigning branch with members employed in schools, academies, free schools and central services in Liverpool. We also have supply, retired and student members. The officers are able to assist in all employment matters.
